JL Construction is proud to be established in the South Sanpete market, where we have built strong relationships with homeowners, landowners, and local partners. Our experience in the area has given us a strong understanding of the communities, building environment, and unique opportunities that come with building in rural and semi-rural Central Utah.

We build custom and semi-custom homes throughout South Sanpete, including Manti, Gunnison, Centerfield, Fayette, Axtell, and surrounding communities. As JL Construction continues to grow, we are also taking on more projects throughout North Sanpete, including Ephraim, Mount Pleasant, Fairview, Spring City, Moroni, and surrounding areas.

Our goal is to continue expanding our presence throughout Sanpete County while maintaining the local relationships, communication, and personal attention that have helped establish JL Construction in the market.

Sevier County is an exciting area of growth for JL Construction. We have already completed projects in the area and are excited to be breaking ground on additional homes throughout the county.

JL Construction serves homeowners throughout Richfield, Salina, Monroe, Central Valley, Annabella, Joseph, Aurora, Sigurd, and surrounding communities.
